Heh, heh. Got that right about the E6000! Can't live without it though. I live in Florida so it doesn't cause cancer here, thank goodness. :)
Gonna make some right now!

That's a great sign that the diet is working. You can also speed up the candida die-off with a supplement. Rainbow Natural Remedies up on Capitol Hill on 15th makes a mean whole-leaf Candida Cleanse Tea formula, and I'm sure Tenzing Momo at the market makes one, too. Doesn't taste great but it works. Or take it in a pill. The supplement pills I have are called "Candida Clear" and their active ingredients are oregano oil, black walnut and pau d' arco.

That's somewhat along the lines where I was going with it. When a cold that started early last November left me coughing until February Zantac got rid of the cough eventually...but I had remained taking 2 Zantac every day since then. My diet is highly acidic though, so in the last week I've only drank water and only eat fruits, veggies, pita bread and chicken. I think today I only had 5-6 hard coughs, down from a week ago having that many every 30 minutes. I didn't know about the Candida though, I was going with runaway acid reflux. I'll go out and find the Bragg's apple cider vinegar tomorrow.

Hey Courtney, obviously I am not a doctor and I don't play one on TV OR the internet! But here's an idea. This could be candida. It's the last thing doctors ever think of, even though the Mayo Clinic has determined that the majority of chronic sinus infections are caused by a candida overgrowth and not bacteria. It causes a drip that can also cause acid reflux symptoms. Anyway, some naturopathic approaches are to cut sugar and yeast out of your diet for awhile, and to take probiotics in elevated quantities, and - very important - drink Bragg's unfiltered apple cider vinegar (like 2 tsp in a glass of water 3x a day). Evidently this particular vinegar has important enzymes that make your body's ph more alkaline. Oh, and antibiotics make the candida problem worse by killing off the good bacteria. Disturbs the balance.

Hi Courtney! Thanks for your awesome support of Kickstarter and Seattle film! I wanted to let you know about a Kickstarter we are running to get the finishing funds necessary to complete our documentary "Barzan". The film is produced by two local Seattle organizations (the Common Language project and the Last Quest). Our story is international in scope, dealing with the ramifications of the war on terror by examining the case of one man, Sam Malkandi (an Iraqi-American immigrant deported back to Iraq upon being investigated for potential ties to Al-Qaeda). You find our more and watch our awesome video at our Kickstarter page below. Thanks! - Cassidy

That's really neat, Courtney. I think the future networking possibilities would be really cool for you, but it's also just really cool to see all those buttons!
